19" (48 cm.) Wax shoulder head of adult lady with oval-shaped face
and elongated throat,narrow blue glass enamel inset eyes,tinted
brows,closed mouth,original brunette tightly-braided wig in coronet
with elaborate blue ribbons,muslin body,slender wax arms and legs.
Condition: generally excellent,some fading of complexion as typical.
Comments: English,possibly Pierrotti,circa 1870. Value Points:
expressive portrait face,with elaborate original coiffure,and fine
original matching costume.
