16" (43 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with sculpted boyish
hair,small blue glass inset eyes with jewel-like clarity,painted
brown curly lashes,short feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,slightly-parted outlined lips,four porcelain teeth,French
composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: SFBJ 237 Paris 4. Comments: SFBJ,circa 1912. Value
Points: handsome lad with well-defined sculpting of features,fine
quality of bisque,vintage woolen uniform with brass buttons.
