23" (58 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue glass paperweight inset
eyes,dark eyeliner,dark curly lashes,brush-stroked brows,accented
eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth with outlined shaded
lips,pierced ears,brunette human hair hand-tied wig,French
composition and wooden fully-jointed body,nicely costumed.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Dep 11. Comments: circa
1895,the model was created for the French market with Jumeau
bodies and bisque heads by Simon and Halbig. Value Points: pretty
bebe with pert expression,fine quality of bisque and painting.
