16" (41 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass paperweight inset
eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented eye
corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth with very full outlined lips
and suggestion of tongue tip,pierced ears,brunette human hair
hand-tied wig over cork pate,French composition and wooden fully
jointed body with straight wrists,wearing pretty antique brown
velvet coat-dress with matching scarf and
hat,chemise,undergarments,black knit stockings,black leather
shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: F. 7 G. (block
letters). Comments: Gaultier,circa 1882,on Gaultier Bambin
registered body. Value Points: especially beautiful painting of
lips accentuating the plump cheeks on the early bebe.
