11" (28 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder
plate,brilliant blue glass enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted
lashes,short feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,original
firmly-stuffed muslin poupee body,kid arms. Condition: one-piece
reglue of left shoulder plate (under costume),otherwise excellent.
Marks: 2/0. Comments: attributed to Jumeau,circa 1880. Value
Points: all-original petite poupee with gorgeous eyes,wearing
original factory costume of magenta silk with blue cashmere woolen
skirt,lace apron and trim,matching coiffe,turquoise earrings,and
tiny turquoise kid shoes incised M.G. in oval.
