Description
7" (18 cm.) One-piece all-bisque figure of standing boy,his head
turned to the side with an alarmed expression,his arms held akimbo
and his legs posed apart,with sculpted curly brown hair,intaglio
blue side-glancing eyes,brown outlined eyes,one stroke curvy
brows,closed mouth modeled as though open,painted white stockings
and brown sandals with ankle straps. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 8966 Heubach 73. Comments: Gebruder
Heubach,circa 1912. Value Points: especially fine deep sculpting
on the rare and expressive character.
