cheeks and throat,very deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes,dark
eyeliner,painted lashes,mauve blushed eye shadow,brush-stroked
feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth
with shaded and outlined lips,separately modeled pierced
ears,brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate,French
composition and wooden eight-loose-ball jointed body with very
plump limbs,straight wrists,wearing lovely antique silk dress with
lace trim,undergarments,lace bonnet,leather boots and gold-plated
watch. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E.J.A. 10 (head)
Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa
1882,the model was made for one year only. Value Points: gorgeous
example of the very rare early portrait bebe by Jumeau with
extraordinary quality of bisque and painting,original body with
original finish.
