16" (41 cm.) All cloth doll with pressed and oil-painted
complexion,facial features and short brown hair,very plump
face,shaded green eyes,black and brown upper eyeliner,closed mouth
with pouting expression,stitch-jointed arms,disc-jointed plump
legs,separately-stitched fingers,wearing antique blue knit costume
with smock,socks,shoes. Condition: very good,some fading,nose
touch-up. Comments: Kathe Kruse,circa 1910. Value Points: sought
after early model with exceptional detail of stitch-shaped and
pressed facial features.
