Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) All-porcelain figure of adult nude lady posed
reclining with arms held behind her uplifted head,with crossed
ankles,painted pink slippers,sculpted grey hair and painted
features,is attached to the lid of an oval dresser box with gold
metallic lace and silk ribbon-work floral cover to simulate a
recamier; the lady is dressed to match the recamier which hinges
open to velvet lined interior. Excellent condition. Germany,circa
1910.
