11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,long painted
lashes,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented eye corners and
nostrils,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,five-piece
paper mache body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 117 1.
Comments: Sonneberg,maker unknown,circa 1885. Value Points: very
dear little girl wears original white woolen mariner costume with
aqua braid trim,matching cap,factory-original
undergarments,stockings,white kidskin slippers.
