6" (15 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of young lady with brown sculpted hair arranged in long ringlet curls and a topknot,decorated with colorful flowers and blue hair bows,and having low-bodice blouse decorated with pink roses,and holding a rose in her right hand,while the fingers of her left hand are held to her cheek in a thoughtful manner. Excellent condition. Marked with Goebel crown and inter-twined GW initial. Germany,Goebel,circa 1915. Property of the Strong Museum.
