Description
7" (18 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of lady with light
brown sculpted hair with rolled curls at the side of head
and ringlet curls below,with pink bonnet perched jauntily
atop her crown and having ribbon streamers cascading at
the back,her arms bent at the elbows,one hand holding the
shawl draped across her right shoulder,and the other hand
holding a fan,fancy pink and white sculpted and painted
costume in the 18th-century style. Excellent
condition,small chip at bottom of base rim. Germany,circa
1915. Property of the Strong Museum.
