Description
5" (13 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of adult lady with
elaborately-sculpted brown hair under a wide-brimmed bonnet
trimmed with lustre plumes and ribbons,with sculpted
costume featuring high-necked blouse,her right arm clasping
a handled basket,and her left arm extended as though
reaching for an object. Excellent condition. Germany,circa
1915. Property of the Strong Museum.
