Description
8" (20 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of Pierrette with
classic clasped hands pose,stylized spit curls,with
original silk skirt over powder puff,resting upon
porcelain powder bowl that is being held by full figures
of Pierrot in classic costume with unusual blue and white
color scheme,and Harlequin in red,yellow,and green costume
with Marquis hat. The figures are posed on original
porcelain base,and her legs are attached to the underside
of the bowl. Incised DRGM and 10145. Germany,circa
1915,attributed to Dressel Kister.
