Description
6" (15 cm.) Two-piece bisque figure depicts a woman with four-tiered pink ruffled skirt under fitted blue jacket with ornate trim,sculpted bavolet bonnet with extended streamers decorated with green designs and purple rick-rack edging,holding hankie,and with dainty feet peeking below her tucked-up skirt front. The figure separates at the jacket edge for access to the hollow box interior. Marked _8 38" with green lettering. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1875. From Vicki Lee Little Collection.
