Round porcelain bowl with raised design of yellow costume with purple ruffles and black buttons,has a matching lid centered by the head and elaborately decorated collar of Pierrot with unusual painted blue facial features and pronounced red lips,black skull cap. Marked _H.D. Boulogne-sur-Mer France" with anchor symbol. Excellent condition,few paint rubs at ruffled collar edge.
