8" (20 cm.) Two-piece porcelain powder box is in the shape
of a fashionable lady of the 1860s,and separates at her
hips for access to the hollow interior; the costume is
elaborately designed,featuring an ermine muff,and abstract
designs in purple,pink and mauve with gilt accents. Incised
1328. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1920.
