Description
5" (13 cm.) Porcelain powder jar depicts the classic
figure of Pierrot as he leans into the figure of a gowned
black-haired lady,as though to whisper a scandalous
secret. The powder jar is finished in black and white only
with slight cheek,lip and eyeliner accents. Incised
Germany 22889. Excellent condition. Germany,the model was
shown in the Sitzendorf catalog,circa 1920. From the Vicki
