Description
5" (13 cm.) The _skirt" of a porcelain flapper lady with
painted blue party hair and ruffled Pierrette like collar
forms the bowl of a powder dish; resting in the dish is a
powder puff skirt with attached porcelain legs that are
merrily kicking up. Excellent condition. Germany,circa
