Description
9" (23 cm.) h. 8" diam. Two-piece porcelain powder box is
designed as a white cushion with gold beads and pink
tassels,upon which is seated a flapper lady with bobbed
hair,pink hair band,her knees drawn up,with hands clasping
her ankles,having pink strap dress and shoes,and lighter
pink stockings. Excellent condition. Incised 23173.
Germany,circa 1920,the model was shown in the Sitzendorf
catalog,and was offered in various styles and sizes. From
the Vicki Lee Little Collection.
