7" (18 cm.) Waist-up porcelain figure of adult lady with sculpted slate-brown tousled ringlet curls,side-glancing brown eyes,smiling expression,with over-sized Charlotte cap tied with blue ribbons at the throat and decorated with a large blue bow,her right hand holding a pencil,and her left hand holding a ribbon-tied papers,with elaborate sculpted blouse decorated with multi-colored flowers and gold accents. With blue stamp of crown over N. Excellent condition except top of pen missing. Ernest Bohne Sohne,Germany,circa 1900. Property of the Strong Museum.
