Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) Each is waist-up porcelain figure,the larger depicting a woman in 18th-century style costume,with unusual detail of purple feathers in hair,purple bodice,and holding a rose in extended arms. With blue bishop?s staff marking. Along with a smaller child with unusual purple ruffled bonnet. Lady has chipped baby finger,missing piece of object that the child is holding. Germany,lady is by Dressel Kister,circa 1910. Property of the Strong Museum.
