Description
10" (25 cm.) l. x 6"d. x 6"h. Elegantly-shaped as a
treasure box with simulated coromandel wood finish,ebony
edging,gold ball feet,mother-of-pearl escutcheon,and
bronze decorative mounts and handle,the box opens to
mirrored back with braid edging,and a base that is fitted
in rose silk and pale green velvet,including a sewing tool
compartment with hidden area below containing six mother-
of-pearl sewing tools and a glass bottle,and with two
green velvet pin cushions with bead decorations,silver cap
perfume bottle and four silver-cap inkwells and two silver
funnels,along with original key. Excellent condition.
