exotic veneers and inlays has beaded designs on the lid
with bail handle,mother-of-pearl inlay and escutcheon,and
bone feet. It hinges open to mirrored back with braid
edging,and pale green velvet fitted base,containing a silk
floral embroidered panel,a gold thimble inscribed ?
Eleanor",and mother-of-pearl needle
case,scissors,awl,sliding lid box,and two winders,along
with original key and silk cover. Excellent
condition,complete and original contents. French,of the
Palais Royal luxury quality,circa 1790.
