4" (10 cm.) The cigar-shaped wooden case has Vernis Martin
finish with oil-painted scenes of hunting dogs and game in
country setting,against a sienna background,and having gold
mounts which,when opened,reveal tortoise shell
lining,designed for storage of needles or other small
sewing tools. Excellent condition,fine luxury quality.
