Description
7 1/2" (19 cm.) The carved bone sewing tool features a
screw-clamp at one end,and a silk-covered pincushion at the
other which unscrews for access to the hidden compartment
which contains a carved bone thimble; the complete tool is
elaborately carved and with painted decorations. Excellent
condition. French,circa 1850.
