Description
5" (13 cm.) x 2". A dark wooden sewing case with fruitwood
flower inlay and edging,opens to an interior with magenta
silk lining on the inside lid,and purple velvet base with
fitted recesses for the original gold sewing tools which
comprise scissors,thimble,needle case,stiletto and bodkin.
Excellent condition. French,circa 1840.
