Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) The firm five-sided case has green velvet
cover with bone edging and accents and with a carved urn-
shaped bone handle. When the lid is removed,the five
interior panels fold down,revealing a silk lined interior
with a complete complement of bone sewing tools including
tape measure set in fitted recess and having hand-inked
lettering,wax case,and thimble,as well as metal tools.
Excellent condition. Vienna,Biedermeier Era,circa 1830.
