Description
4" (10 cm.) Posed upon the mother-of-pearl base with pearl
glass ball feet is a gilt-wrapped velvet pincush below a
fancy mother-of-pearl wall with ring holders and a highly-
detailed watercolor scene of of the Weiburg Palace in
Baden with many people in the foreground,painted by
Balthasar Wigand,the Viennese artist noted for his
miniature paintings. Excellent condition with few paint
rubs on the scene. Vienna,circa 1825.
