Bisque socket head with very plump cheeks,dramatically-large brown glass paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked brows,accented nostrils of tiny nose,closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7. Comments: attributed to Henri Delcroix,circa 1888,the model is identical to his dolls incised "Pan". Value Points: captivating expression with contrasting wide eyes and shy expression,especially lovely bisque for this model,original body and body finish,original wig,beautiful antique costume comprising velvet dress,cashmere coat,silk and organza bonnet,undergarments,stockings,leather shoes.
