Solid domed bisque socket head,pale blue glass inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig,Sonneberg composition body with jointing at hips,knees and shoulders,antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1. Comments: Sonneberg,mystery maker,circa 1882,the model closely resembles the early period Jumeau bebe whose market the Sonneberg maker sought to capture. Value Points: beautiful petite model with lovely modeling enhanced by subtle blushing of eyelids,cheeks and chin,original body and body finish.
