Bisque socket head,blue glass sleep eyes with spiral threading,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked feathered brows,rose-blushed eye shadow,well-shaped pointy tip nose with shaded nostrils,closed mouth,shaded and outlined lips with heart-shaped upper lip,extended-length blonde mohair wig,early composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 13. Comments: Kestner,circa 1885,the model is known as "A.T. Kestner" for its remarkable resemblance to the French bebe marked A.T. Value Points: an especially beautiful example of the rare doll,has finest modeling,bisque and painting,with gleaming complexion,gorgeous wig,original body and body finish,and wearing original rose sateen dress and matching bonnet,undergarments,rose knit stockings and shoes.
