Felt character doll with center-seam face,sculpted felt eyelids,brown enamel eyes,constructed hole for pipe at the corner of his mouth,blonde stitched wild hair,jointing at shoulders and hips,wearing his original felt and cotton tramp's costume. Excellent condition. Germany,Steiff,with button in ear,the tramp was marketed as "Stolch",circa 1922.
