Pressed wool felt head with center seam,black shoe-button eyes,painted features including moustache and painted brown hair,stitched ears,jointed arms and legs,wearing blue felt jacket and plaid woolen pants,shoes,black lambswool cap and carrying a corsage. Condition: generally excellent. Germany,Steiff,the doll was named "Congratulations Man",circa. 1915.
