Description
43" (109 cm.) x 30" framed. Oil on canvas depicts a young
lady,at 12 years,seated gracefully in a wooden arm
chair,her right arm resting on the chair arm,and her left
arm cradling a rosy-cheeked doll. The girl,with flowing
long brunette hair,gold locket,large blue hair bow,white
stockings and black shoes,has large brown eyes and a very
intent expression. Framed,signed W. Pfitzenmeier 1919 in
lower left corner,and on the back is lettered "Elisabet
Pfitzenmeier 12 Jahre alt." and "Wilhelm Pfitzenmeier".
Excellent condition. German,1919.
