6" (15 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on bisque
torso,painted light brown baby hair and tinted brows,tiny
blue glass sleep eyes,painted lashes,accented
nostrils,closed mouth,loop-jointed bisque arms and legs in
bent limb baby pose,bare feet. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: (original Bye-lo paper label). Comments:
designed by Rose O'Neill,produced in Germany under
commission by George Borgfeldt importers,circa 1925. Value
Points: choice all-original condition,wearing multi-
layered rose and cream knit costume including bonnet and
booties,and presented in woven carriage with spoked
wheels.
