12" (31 cm.) Bisque socket head,very full jowls,small blue
glass sleep eyes,painted lashes,one-stroke brows,closed
mouth with outlined lips,brunette mohair bobbed
wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with
side-hip jointing,wearing wonderful gentleman's woolen
suit with tails,and with tall top hat. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 231 DRMR 248 Fany A 2/0 M.
Comments: Marseille,the model was registered in
1912,bearing close resemblance to the first model of Kathe
Kruse which had been introduced just three years earlier.
Value Points: wonderful and rare character doll in
charming petite size,with most charming antique costume
and top hat.
