14" (36 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with heart-shaped
face,elongated strong throat,black sculpted hair waved
away from her face with pronounced widow's peak and
delicate feathering at the forehead,three-tiered hair
coronet at her crown held by gilt-edged beading,and a
loosely-braided chignon at her nape with further gilt-
edged beading,painted downcast blue eyes,red and black
upper eyeliner,single-stroke brows,aquiline nose,closed
mouth,muslin stitch-jointed body,porcelain limbs,antique
costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: very rare model with
superb detail of coiffure and artfully-shaped face.
