7" (18 cm.) Bisque socket head with light brown/sienna
complexion,brown painted downcast eyes with heavy
eyelids,one-stroke black brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,black mohair wig,brown composition body with
jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 1303 Germany Simon & Halbig 3/0.
Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1910. Value Points: the
extremely rare model is virtually unknown in this petite
painted-eye example,and has very beautiful bisque with
flawless complexion,and great expression,wearing antique
embroidered Chinese silk costume.
