dark brown bobbed hair and bangs,blue/green sleep eyes,real lashes,painted lashes,button-
shaped nose,closed mouth with rosebud-shaped lips,five piece body. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: Effandbee.. Comments: Effanbee,circa 1946,the re-designed model with details
of curly hair was released that year,note the unusual spelling of the name in the markings on the
doll. Value Points: rarer model of the Patsy family with brown complexion,sleep eyes,original
cotton polka dot sundress and panties,matching bonnet,socks,and red shoes.
