10" (25 cm.) All-wooden lady doll has one-piece head and torso,heart-shaped face,sculpted
pierced ears,elongated throat,defined carving of chemise top over shapely bosom,tiny
waist,jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees with shapely legs,painted brown shoes with
black edging,black painted pate with swirling curls around the face,painted blue eyes,fringed
lashes and one-stroke brows,closed mouth,wearing early silk dress and undergarments.
Condition: generally excellent,few minor rubs on original finish. Comments: Grodnertal,circa
1820. Value Points: very beautiful early doll whose rarity features include elegantly shaped
nose,throat and bosom,sculpted ears,beautifully-shaped limbs.
