grey/blue glass inset eyes with spiral threading,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde
mohair wig over cork pate,French wooden poupee body with scalloped kid collarette,dowel-
jointing at shoulders,elbows,wrists,hips,knees and ankles,and swivel ball waist,antique
costume,undergarments and accessories are included. Condition: generally excellent. Marks:
G. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,circa 1872,with deposed body model of 1867,that is virtually
identical in style to the classic 19th century mannequin body. Value Points: very fine quality of
bisque on the sought-after model,with fine original wooden body that has deluxe extra
jointing at wrists and ankles.
