Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) ladies. Two muslin ladies with embroidered facial features,floss hair,and stitch-
shaped shoes,including black lady with silk dress and apron,holding muslin baby,and woman
with woven cloche hat (costume worn away). Along with an early muslin baby with painted facial
features,folded muslin torso and arms,made without legs,wearing original costume. Fair
condition,quite dusty. Mid-19th century.
