18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head,painted blue eyes with enhancing decorative glaze,thick black
upper eyeliner,one-stroke tapered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with very full lips in
pouting expression,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,antique
costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 114 46. Comments: Kammer and
Reinhardt,the model marketed as "Gretchen" from their art character series,circa 1910. Value
Points: fine sculpting of the wistful-faced child is enhanced by decorative glaze touches on chin
and eyes,deeply defined sculpting,original wig,body,body finish,flawless bisque.
