7 1/2" (19 cm.) The all-bisque figure depicts a bashful young girl in seated pose,her wrists and
ankles shyly crossed,and her head tilted to the side,having blonde sculpted loose curls beneath a
wide-brimmed ruffled bonnet that matches her ruffled polka dot dress and aqua shoes,with
deeply-intaglio-sculpted eyes,and rich modeling around the eyes,shy smile with cheek
dimples,and fine quality of painting. Excellent condition. With impressed Heubach sunburst
mark. Germany,Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910.
