5" (13 cm.) doll. Bisque shoulder head with blonde sculpted short curls,painted facial
features,wooden lower limbs,her body covered with a long gown constructed of seashells and
coral,and posed upon an original wooden stand. Condition: generally excellent. Comments:
Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: included with the doll,with rare coral detail,is a three-sided
glass-front cabinet with gold-paper edged shelving,pink paper lining,and fancy shell trim to
simulate carving,originally designed for use as bon-bon box.
