16" (41 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with slender oval face and elongated throat,light
brown sculpted hair with defined comb-marks and widow's peak that is waved away from her
face and captured in a sculpted blue snood and framed by a purple snood scarf with tassel and
feather trim,painted facial features,pale blue upper glancing eyes,red and brown upper
eyeliner,brown painted brows,accented eye corners and nostrils,closed mouth with center
accent,muslin body with bisque lower limbs,painted blue ankle boots with purple trim,antique
costume. Condition: generally excellent,repair to right boot. Comments: Germany,circa 1870.
Value Points: especially beautiful model with variations in hair and snood color,and very full scarf
and feathers.
