30" (76 cm.) Felt swivel head of adult lady pressed and painted facial features,brown side-
glancing eyes,grey eye shadow,fringed brows,feathered upper lashes,accented nostrils,closed
mouth with original hole for cigarette,impressed cheek dimples,brunette mohair bobbed
wig,long slender muslin torso with felt bodice,disc-jointed elongated limbs with modeled bent
elbows and felt hands,modeled bent knees,feet posed for high heels. Condition: facial painting
excellent,some water spotting on body,felt original dress is faded with some moth holes.
Comments: Lenci,circa 1925,the doll is believed to represent Coco Chanel. Value Points:
wonderful facial sculpting with unusual detail of dimples and coquettish expression.
