Description
9" (23 cm.) h. desk. 4 1/2" x 3" frames. The wooden upright desk has side columns with gilt
accents,three lower drawers,and a hinged writing surface that opens to reveal a well-fitted
interior with arched mirrored center panel and three fruitwood drawers,Germany,circa 1850.
Along with a pair of framed engravings of 1860 era fashions,with original paper backing and
paper label "Faulkner's inc,Master Designers and Frame Makers,Birmingham",English,early 20th
century in the 1860 style. All excellent.
