mouth,row of teeth,blonde mohair curly wig,five-piece composition toddler body. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Horsman's Bright Star (original paper label). Comments:
Horsman,circa 1935,"Bright Star" was issued to appeal to the public clamoring for Shirley Temple
type dolls. Value Points: pristine condition,wearing original polka dot pleated dress,undies,shoes
and socks,and presented in her original trousseau case with four additional dresses (two with
hats),two romper suits,flannel coat and hat,cotton jump suit and flannel robe,extra pair of
shoes,skates,and wire hangers. The doll was featured on the back cover of Collector's Guide to
Horsman Dolls by Don Jensen.
